KeyNavigator Mobile App Redesign

The existing KeyNavigator Mobile app only had one feature: mobile deposit. In today’s on-the-go world, that wouldn’t cut it for business banking. So I teamed up with one of Keybank’s designers to totally reimagine the KeyNav Mobile App.

Scheduled to launch in Q3 2026, the new app will include the accounts, deposits, and transactions views that clients expect, but also advanced fraud products like Positive Pay and Company Admin.

Along the way, we had to reimagine the product experiences, rethinking each interaction for a mobile-first audience and condensing information to ensure users got the most pertinent information without getting bogged down in the details.
